TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS

A topographic survey includes field measurements and preparation of a map to establish elevations of the land and depicts all natural and man-made features and improvements of the subject property.
Topographic surveys assist engineers and architects in identifying the contours of the property as well as the elevations and may also be used for design or drainage purposes. Topographic data can be added to surveys by request for an additional fee.
