LOT SPLITS

Lot splits or consolidations include either the splitting of a single parcel into two or more additional parcels or combining several parcels into a single parcel. After performing a boundary survey, we will write new legal descriptions to parcel off sections of land to meet your project specifications.  The new legal descriptions are utilized by an attorney when creating a new deed for the property which will ultimately be filed with the county for approval and recording.
We perform our boundary survey in accordance with the standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
